Refund & Exchange Policy

At RENZO CARDONI, each garment represents our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, exclusivity, and attention to detail. We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase.

Made-to-Order, Pre-Order & Custom Merchandise

ALL SALES OF MADE-TO-ORDER, PRE-ORDER, BESPOKE, AND CUSTOM MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL.

We do not accept voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for these items, including:

Made-to-order garments
Pre-order merchandise
Bespoke and personalized designs
Custom jerseys and 1-of-1 creations
Garments featuring genuine python, exotic leathers, or specialty materials
Items produced according to customer-selected specifications

Because these products are specially sourced, reserved, or produced for individual orders, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or personal preference.

Ready-to-Ship Merchandise

For standard, in-stock merchandise, return or exchange eligibility will be stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, purchases are final sale, subject to applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders for made-to-order, pre-order, and custom merchandise cannot ordinarily be canceled once confirmed and accepted for production.

Any cancellation exception is at the discretion of RENZO CARDONI, except where cancellation or refund rights are required by law.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate or legally required.

This reporting period does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Natural Material Variations

Genuine python, leather, suede, and other natural materials may exhibit differences in texture, scale patterns, color, and finish.

These characteristics are inherent to the materials and do not automatically constitute manufacturing defects.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights, including rights relating to defective merchandise, undelivered orders, or legally required cancellations and refunds.
